Summary 0000061: Customize List Screens
Description Each of the list screens - Project, Companies, etc - should be configurable in terms of which fields are displayed and in which order.

This should include core fields initially but custom fields (created via the Custom Field Editor) should be available too.
Additional Information For clarity's sake, this is in reference to screens like:

./index.php?m=companies
./index.php?m=files
