Summary0001560: order project name lists by name, not capital/small letter
DescriptionCelltester xxy is not near celltester aaa in the list because default ordering orders by case of first letter.
First we have A...Z then a ... z instead of AaBb etc.

I don't really see any use for this type of ordering, it confuses everybody because they always have to look in two places for a project.

This definitely applies to drop down lists, I am not quite sure about general project lists.

This has to do with mysql's sorting mechanism, we're just exposing it.. we could tweak the order by using something like:

$q->addOrder('lower(column_name)');

I think I would do that -having A-Z a-z separate feels uncommon.
On long lists one cannot see that there is a second alphabet further down.
Or can we reorder in PHP keeping the case?

I've done some more research into this one..
