Summary0000418: edit box within a support ticket
DescriptionCan we have an edit box within a support ticket. i.e. when a new support ticket is raised, the customer feels in his query within the description box. However, we a support representative wants to edit the ticket to provide an update, there isn't an update box so they find themselves entering their update above the initial query with their name and date... as this is a manual process, it can sometimes be missed. so is there a way the module can be updated to have this option (kind of like the ticketsmith option in dotproject).
