Summary | 0001333: task dependency start date propagation changes end-start day difference
Description | if a task is dependent on another and its start date is adjusted accordingly, its new end date is set to start + duration. The correct action would be to move end date by (new start - old start). w2p allows two usage types: 1) end = start + duration or 2) end > start + duration (meaning I will work for duration anytime between start and end). If the user has chosen 2) at task entry, deoendencies should not change this
