Summary0000754: timezone setting in initial call of sys admin after installation
DescriptionStartup after install: timezone Algier/Africa is preset.
If user does not notice this, upon save he has set a timezone that will most likely be wrong.
Put red box around this so user sees this needs to be set.

I just did a fresh install last night and both timezone and admin email were highlighted.. I take it you're not seeing the same?

Hi Keith, my bazaar log says rev 1676 (svn revno 1762) with text ..tweaked the reminder to make sure ...

there, only email is highlighted.

I just did a brand new install from nothing using r1766 and the field is highlighted in FF3.6, Chrome, and Safari. I've attached the FF screenshot.

Can anyone else reproduce this one? I might be missing something.

This is on Vista /IE

just doublechecked: FF is ok, IE 8 not.

Also, sysadmin pages says TZ is GMT +1, but calling page still presets Africa/Algier.

Confirming the page ('I have already set the TZ') will change the TZ. not good

Figured out the problem in IE8, a solution to fix it is here:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1880460/ie8-and-border-css-property-on-select-menus

Unfortunately, that Compatibility Mode breaks the fix for 0000518. That fix restored the user assignment box in the Project Designer.

0000518 is way more important, so this issue is being put on hold until we find a better option.
