Summary0000863: LDAP fallback should be the last thing to be done
DescriptionLDAP authentication behavior is a little weird. It checks authentication against LDAP just the first time. Then, as user and password are stored in the database, if the SQL fallback is activated, it will always look before in database instead of against LDAP.

The right way would be authenticating always against LDAP and even updating database with the new password (if different from the one previously stored).
Additional InformationThe way de search DN is specified is hard-coded. It would be better letting the administrator specify the whole string.
