Summary0000934: Help desk X Add Log error message
DescriptionHelp desk module will add new items and logs, but at the top of the screen it will say (X Add Log), it does record the entry but no email is generated once the new item is created so no notification is sent out. This happens when creating a new item or creating a log for any help desk item
